having that dreaded break with NO aids/only 2 nurses on staff/AT THE BUSIEST TIME OF THE DAY - DINNER - mealtime insulin /AND having to literally LEAD inappropriately assigned residents to the meal area - AND that is scheduled way way too often - #losemymind #shouldneverhappen
