If you have worked with Corp think they would be fine and good luck

Spoiling the residents lol Really not giving enough time for Corp to really sink in as how it works going up and down the letter

I beleive transferring over Ayer Park was sold

Some times we got upset trying to work things temps sometime get the best of us

There is a lot of pressure on the staff due to being aroun 1600 people so there are conflicts just trying to work thinks out and getting along with each other (staff) As far as the resident there are rules for all of us if broken and could not amend them then it was time for them to move on to a happier place.the old saying grass is greener on the other side.

Being around all the people

Love the valley the weather and love be a manager and taking care of all the people was like a mother to all of them we are losing people because of there ages some had been with me thur thick and then some had been there for my 30 years. So that meant a lot for me to have another big family and saw them all thur loosing children and spouse to getting there first grandchildren or great grandchildren and even divorces but the beauty of it all was seeing them start a new chapter of there’s life by find another partner in life to share life together. Now it is my time to start a new chapter in my life abeaitiful Texas & a beatutiful place to retire to Bit-O-Heaven Park I Donna , Texas god bless them all
