I would say that if you want to find a career that will share in the pain when times are hard, share in the wealth when times are GREAT, and give you the flexibility to raise your family and just be there for those important occasions, then this IS the company for you!

We have never really had too much drama and definitely don't have to deal with anger in our environment.

The most stressful day came when we discovered that a customer that we had trucks contracted to was poaching our drivers, which was a clear violation of our contract with them. In the trucking industry, it is very hard to find quality drivers and keep them for the long term.

The biggest mistake I made at Black Gold Enterprises, LLC was when I decided we would be better served by Volvo tractors instead of the Peterbilt tractors, the brand we had been with for over 20 years. It was a nightmare as we did not get the dealership support or the factory support that we had always received from Peterbilt.

Black Gold Enterprises, LLC was always a "Customer First" organization. But they gave us the tools to do every job they asked us to perform, and were very family oriented if there was time off needed.
