Business was sold and is closed now

I lost a large check that needed to be deposited had to contact the customer explain what happened went to a chosen meeting place to get a new check and immediately took it to the bank

2 separate tire orders both the wrong product both customers where amazingly understanding called both reordered the tires called the warehouse to insure I got the correct orders in

Really not much drama but when it did happen i just told them this isn't the place for this conversation we can talk after work
