Get to know your customer and when possible; their family! Always ask about their family, show interest!

When I worked at #BoydInternational I gave great advice when

Notability when I had a conversation with a Controller about getting paid for product sold without a letter of credit for payment! My advise was to take payment with a wire transfer to save customer, I trusted, money and us save money in bank charges on our end; thus adding to our bottom line. You must always know your customers!
