I worked for this company for 15 years started in Dallas Texas , The area manager is all about who can control.

Braums is a great company, but working here in kansas under the area manager is not.

Good first job to get. Pay very well and flexible

Well it's actually a pretty cool place pays good but work long hrs and gotta be fast but also there is multiple places u can work u can work at the restaurant or at the farm or the warehouse or bakery or a mechanic but it's a two week pay and the payment is either ur bank account or or the prepay card but really nice people

Getting to know the crew. As well as helping them move up.

All i did is ask what i did wrong with a smile on my face. Fix it then tell them to have a nice day with a smile. Because you dont let them being rude to you ruin your day. You just keep going on with your job

I especially enjoyed ALL the customers, our regulars, as well as, our first time customers and I enjoyed knowing our customers were happy and satisfied with our service and seeing them returning because of my pride for Braums Great Customer Satisfaction.

It's hard work but worth it.

I liked working at braums because i got to cook and i love cooking for people.
