PMR has no clue of what they are doing in the apartment business they don't care anything about the residence all they are concerned with is how they can make more money off them

All of the residents were great for the first seven years till the new company took over PMR

I was there for 8 years bought one year ago when they started changing all the people there it went downhill fast but t the first seven years all the residents knew me they're well and they all wanted me only in their Apartments it used to be great it's a s*** hole now they're dumping it now

Everyday was more stressful after they brought in a new management company called PMR all they did is let a bunch of kids in there and it's filled up with them kids now and there's violence all the time no one respectable wants to move in there anymore because of it

Don't go there the place is a scum hole and they expect you to work your ass off for no pay
