There was a spoiled kid that had an equally spoiled paraprofessional at her school. We were told never to tell the child no. I did so one day in front of the para. I had a new route the next day that was much better.

The staff at Bel Air expects top notch service for minimum wage pay. The pay sucks. You can encounter criminal charges if you don't do your job professionally, but you only get paid minimum wages as a monitor.
