Dont work there! Find another job. Were they respect you. They dont treat there employees very well. .
treat your position as a small business within a business..
They won't pay you all of your money. You try to clock in to the time clock, and can't get in. They will lie and tell you , you worked way less hours than you did. They will shun you while you are there. And act like your doing a horrible job. You will not get commisions from servers tips when you bus tables. Bugs in the kitchen and they won't do anything about it. You will be doing your work and theirs too.

I would say absolutely do not apply there. They are rude and disrespectful. The managers and kitchen staff do not know how to treat people with respect and we had no breaks. Also worked overtime with no extra pay, I would sometimes get home at 1am from cleaning up the restaurant way long after the doors closed. I would recommend working at a restaurant other than Michaels on the Lake.
The owner chris treats his employees very bad. He also has his kids working there and they can freely do anything they want but other employees has to work by the rules which is fine but not fair when his kids don't have to work by the rules. Not a place to work if you not related
