The idea that I was doing something I've never done before, made real good hourly pay, the different types of people you work with, the awesome feeling I got when I'd come in to work my shift, have almost 100,000 lbs of meat to manufacture with less than half the people required to operate the production line/lines I was in charge of running in less time than day shift operators. I learned how to maintain, repair, build, and prevent maintaince work on all the rapid pack lines including the basic electrical engineering and repairs needed for operations. Was an awesome place to work at!
