The Director at the Richmond, VA C2 education school was a butt head and sometimes treated the students badly. Maybe it was a Korean culture thing, but he had no qualms smacking students upside the head. Almost all of the students were from South Korea, and I felt terrible for them. You cannot do what he did in an American school. The kids were awesome, and it was one of the best jobs I ever had. Unfortunately for me, the school relocated.

I was coding about 1,700 lines of code a day and I was told that was not fast enough to meet every changing requirements, there were always verbal.
