My advice to people interested in working at #C&WSERVICES as a #CustomerService/relationsspecialist/representative ...
I wouldn't know cuz it lost its contract at USAA...

What I loved most about working for C.A.A.W. Distribution Enterprises Inc. was the opportunity to work remotely from home most days.

For a long time the corporate environment have been portrayed as senseless, heartless and cold. place to work for, a hostile environment that brings out the worst out of people that works there, but when CHEF, a catering company comes to the scene is a joyful reason for a breakfast or lunch break. And because we serve over and over the same companies we create an identity with these business and soon enough we realize that those who works there, regardless of what position they hold, are all part of this small community called Lehigh Valley. Some of these people we have been serving for almost 15 years, whenever we are on the supermarket, mall or a baseball game we run into some of our customers on a stress free environment and realize how close we really are...

Get an education and stay away from this place. It only cares about the inmates and the staff is expendable in the worst way.

I love the positive atmosphere of the job. Everyone worked together on the roof to achieve a common goal and when we got the job done, everything was great!

No, way I would work there

The hours, benefits, the pay, & my coworkers. I actually have nothing bad to say about C.O.I. my experience was great.

I attempted to seek remedy through polite dialogue.

WHEN I KEPT ASKING FOR A RAISE FOR SOME OF MY CREW THAT HAD BEEN THERE FOR YEARS , AND WORKED WITHOUT GETTING A RAISE.TO ME THAT WASN"T RIGHT. TAKE CARE OF YOUR PEOPLE AND YOUR PEOPLE WITH TAKE CARE OF YOU.

I loved the people I worked with, and I also loved the work I did while working there.
