I love working with the public and really loved taking care of our men and women soldiers.

I do my best to be aware of what my customers are going through. So one day I noticed a lady and her 3 kids and you could tell she was upset. So I went and talked to her and her husband had just been transferred. So I set the kids up on a lane to bowl and sat and talked to her until she was laughing and feeling better.
