I suggest that you learn Spanish because 95 percent of the people you work with don't speak any English. Almost impossible to communicate or to defend yourself

If you have a personality, and you don't like to be talked down to. If you don't like to hear your fellow employees being talked down to, this is not the place to work. It's small only a handful of employees. And they all stick together and if 1 decided they don't like you nine of them do. They lie and scheme against you behind your back. It's an awful place!

Taking that job was the stupidest thing I ever done. I was already a cake decorator and I'm very good. Hey cake decorator couldn't even frost a cake evenly, so she hired me, promising that she would pay me what I'm worth seeing how I was underpaid where I currently was. She made so many promises the job sounded like a dream. Then I started working and the employees kept making statements about the boss like "you know how Brittany (McKee) is" "I don't want to make her mad" and "I hope Brittany isn't working today) they sounded like a bunch of abused puppies and pretty soon I understood why they were talking like that.

The biggest mistake I made as a #CakeDecorator...stockingproductscleanlinessofareabakingbreads at #Servatibakery ...

Being concerned about what other people were doing..and how they were doing it next time I will keep to myself.

The hardest thing was dealing with unprofessional people they did not put dates on products things were often found Moded in the fridgerator or the display case there was no space to work because it was such a mess and disposable products that's supposed to be thrown in the garbage was often used over and over and over again Cakes were also made about five days in advance from the customers pick up date which set out on the rack instead of being put into a refrigerator so the cakes are not fresh when you pick it up it was a horrible experience
