I am urging all to save themselves the frustration and aggravation that I am currently going through by not subscribing to Career Builder, or setting up any type of profile. I have been inundated with bogus job offers that have appeared legitimate on the surface. I have taken steps to have my information remote from their site, but I have a feeling I'll be looking at these same emails for quite some time. I have also been forwarding the bogus emails to each company's security team. #jobscams #employmentscams #jobofferscams

Reid Hoffman LinkedIn CEO, says that there is "fundamental disconnect in modern employment – where companies expect commitment without offering security, and employees say they are loyal but leave when a better opportunity arises".

The solution according to Hoffman, instead of speaking about loyalty, we should define employment as a "call for duty" - where employee are expected to add value, while building their career before moving to the next thing.
