They use people specialy if you work hard managers are the biggest haters they feel threaten if you work harder than thEy do they expect every day to be faster than the other even if they got way more work than usual houseschange in size they never wanna hear that even if it a single floor or 4 floors they expect most the time to you to finish it at the same time even if you do a lot more extra things on one house than the other one they don't care but they do get payed more they lie about bonuses just to hurry you up bonuses are about 25 bucks they lie about raises
