I am currently working with Uber and need something more. I HAVE NO CDL PERMIT AND AT AGE 77, WILL NOT GET ONE. I have also been an Insurance agent for almost 40 years. this should earn me something.

ALL states are employment at will except Montana and has been for a very long time ! It's NOT a license to end employment through the proper process when an employer HAS the process, aka, progressive disciplinary process. It will get that employer sued.

Didn't hate it at all . I had two interviews one for the roads Department which I put an application in for and one for the landfill the landfill needed me more than the roads Department cuz I had a CDL a license

So frustrated because I was a foster child that maxed out the system and couldn't complete my high school education to get my diploma. The GED is too expensive for me to get as I'm really low income with no help. I'm a mom of young boys and haven't worked since 2006 (briefly). I've been fighting to secure employment and my fiancee recently lost his job which makes it that much harder. Every time somebody calls me back about a job and finds out I have no high school diploma , (I finished up to 11th grade), I get no response just a hang up in the face. It's 2017 man. I would have graduated in 1998.... I'm about to give up.

My question is I am in Az, I recently found out my Insurance Adjusters License has been suspended. I was on maternity leave acomplaint was filed by a customer and my company never took care of it. I received a new job offer and they were doing my back ground check and found it was suspended. I am now in jeopardy of loosing this job offer and I have been working for 3 months on a suspended license. Do I have any recourse with my current company...can I sue? I am very upset by this.

I have an Associates degree and I recently received certification in Healthcare Informatics, however, at this point I have no experience in the field of healthcare at all so I'm not sure where I should start. I just need someone to take a chance on me so I can start to gain experience in a field that I have every intention of staying in and building a future. Any suggestions on where I should begin my search considering my lack of experience? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! - Stephanie Pelletier
