"I was proud to work for Charlie's Produce" past tense I worked above an beyond what was asked of me and I was only a number to managment they treated me bad when I had family issues or i was sick because i wasnt doing the work of 3 people everyday they showed favoritism to employed drug dealers that would supply them yes management it was hard to deal with people telling you what to do after they come back from there coke (drug) break I had a commitment to my newborn son so I delt with it but because I acknowledged that there was a issue n still did my job they would try to do anything to give me write ups just to have something on me I got to a point I skipped lunches n breaks just so I can go home in our normal 8hrs if not I would have to stay 12hrs+ daily because they did not enforce steady work to everyone I was promised promotions if I did the over an above work I did regardless because I'm a good worker and they would give promotions to other employees on my days off so they wouldnt have to confront me I went to them of course and they always said "if we lose you on the pick it wouldnt be good who we promoted didnt work as good on the pick so we moved him to something different" I had good coworkers there Alvino Solis & Shawn Turner work extremely hard and deal with alot as I did but I'd rather find employment else where then deal with them I enjoyed my job there and wish corporate would do something about management all I wanted to do was help the company it was a new experience and I appreciated the opportunity there but I wouldnt say working at Charlie's Produce irwindale is a good place to work.
