To land a job at #Chartwells I would make sure to...

avoid the company completely. A terrible organization bent on profiting from overpriced meal plans. They are all too happy to clutch at those federal/state funds, grants, loans and hard earned dollars. Privatized college food service is a scam, and the people running the business are fond of favoritism and exploitation.

Take the time to get to know the students. They're more than just a customer. If you learn to relate to them you know they're order when they walk up. They made my job so much more than just a job.

My Director is the best. He goes above being a good manager. Plus my coworkers are the best.

The best part about my job at chartwells was the students and making them smile. A lot of the college students would go out of their way to say hello and ask how my day was going, and that really made me feel like I was appreciated.

It's a fast paced work place. With co-workers that are able to work together it's a fun place to work. It takes team work.
