I was the owner of Checkers until it burned down. I did everything from hiring training cooking ordering all products. Bookkeeping payroll etc. I ran all aspects of the business. It was my baby and I would still be there if I could!

I was a quick learner, so when it was time to train someone, I would be picked. I was always able to notice when food ran low, so I was able to make the food and get back to making orders. Especially when working multiple stations. Our times serving food started getting low because air was able to be quick on my feet. But, it was not just me, it was the team effort that really helped us accomplish our goal.
