India Corner is a restaurant where I can change the menu rapidly and put all the experiment to grow as a chef.

Was a brand new restaurant and for the first week I was the only cook. Literally worked from open to close for 3 weeks straight 14-17 hours a day. Boss was good to us in the kitchen but definitely didn't take any crap and wouldn't put up with those making mistakes often or bad attitudes. Seen him fire several right on the spot and tell them to get the f#*k out. Worst part was not getting paid overtime. We just made straight wage.
