Good comments but I do not agree with making a resume ats compliant. If you expect to put your resume in a big computer system and get a job your chances are as good as the lotto. Every resume needs to be tailored to the specific job and delivered to the person you will be working for. This approach requires research knowledge and opportunity.

Yes, I'm not a Us or Canadian Native so, when I apply for a job relative to my profession I found ' This job is for US resident or Canadian.

You went to the Chicago job fair, you apply for what seems like a great job, you go the interview. Remember, an interview should always be a two-way conversation. By asking the interviewer your own questions, that's how you get a sneak peak of what the job is like, and whether it's truly right for you.
