I can remember 20 years ago I could walk in a job, get hired, work until the first paycheck, quit and go next door and get hired. Today I believe we are paying the price of some many job jumping and not staying stable. Shout out to those who have stayed at that same job to be able to own your own home, credit is great and have put children through college out of pocket ...20 years later a college degree means something but not to all companies, have people waisted money of course not.
