My advice to people interested in working at #CHRISTUSHealth as a #PatientAccessRepresentativeIII ...
To take advantage of what Christus has to offer because if nothing else, it will help you grow as a person and beccome a more valuable resource to others.

Not taking advantageof all the opportunities I could have had to go to school or become more of an advocate for patients. I know I would have been great because I love being around people and caring and listening to our patients, trying to help in any way I could

I worked in the ER and we had so many critical cases we had to deal with before sending the pt upstairs to a bed. some did not make it but we had a remarkable Priest, Father Ruben and many outstanding nurses, some were nuns. I could not have been more blessed than I was to be part of such a caring, loving and godly place and will always be grateful for my experience.

we addressed the situation immediately, talked about it with our managers and found a way to work it out for everyone concerned. Never had a ad day at CHristus or a problem we could not solve.

small environment, everyone knows everyone, prayers and chapel daily. lots of training for the job you were dong, online and training books. extra time given to learn new procedures with assistance from team members. It was a pleasant atmosphere with a calm feeling of God in the house. I love my job and the people I worked with and I miss it terribly.
