I worked as a maintenance supervisor for the Sunport Airport in Albuquerque. We all joked with each other and close like family we never took to heart what each one said to us it was all in fun to make our day. One comment (which someone may think it was a discrimination on people who has a slight disability) which was made to our plumber and the person who made the comment was a Native American told the plumber whose name was Bill that the special Olympics that he had a very good chance to win the 5 yd dash. We laughed about that for a long time. If someone thought that was not nice they did not know Bill or they would say give it back to him even more
