From my experience with Clayton homes it was a great place to be employed. Clayton homes offer good benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance with an optional buy up on the life insurance. Also they offer a great 401k plan in which they will match you up to 6%. Another good thing about Clayton homes is that they offer short term disable as well as long term disable in case you are ever injured and have to missed work for longer than what you would for a small injury or an illness that isn’t severe. Over the course of 6 years total I had with Clayton homes I was only injured once and it was a very minor injury, none the less they took care of me very well. There were no complaints as I had to go to the hospital, also no argument when they paid the bill and put me on light duty for a short period of time in which my injury healed and I was placed back into production. They practice safety and enforce it strictly to insure you’re working in a safe/clean environment, they care about their employees as well as the families of their employees, support and help in any way they can. Clayton homes also pays fairly well compared to most local jobs not exactly sure what starting pay is there right now it was $12.00hr, but stay with them for a while and prove yourself to them that you are fully capable of mastering the job they assign you and watch the money go up, definitely will pay the bills and also you’re not barely scraping by.From my experience they treat all their employees with great respect and compared to other local companies where I’m from here in waycross, ga , Clayton homes shows much better appreciation to their employees for their quality as well as their skills and speed to complete their job.

There wasn’t many days that was stressful.

I absolutely love every thing about my Job. I love to interact with my clients.
