ClockShark’s time tracking and job management software enables field service and construction companies to run their businesses better with our leading web and mobile apps.

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll work on a variety of fast-paced recruiting tasks, such as sourcing candidates via job boards and other methods, managing job postings, performing telephone screening of candidates, as well as arranging in-person interviews.

Job Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle Technology recruiting role, preferably in SaaS
• Demonstrated track record in sourcing and assessing highly qualified technical talent
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for engineering and technology roles
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple initiatives, projects, and relationships with a high sense of urgency
