I loved working at Clover Healthcare because the staff was incredible. I formed some forever friendships with my coworkers and almost everyone who worked there understood that teamwork is important in order for a workday to flow smoothly. I also enjoyed all of the residents and forming relationships with them as well as their family members. I made some unforgettable memories there that will never be replaced.

To just be themselves, listen to what the boss tells them, pay attention to all the training, ask questions if they don't understand something or don't know how to do it, & to just do their best

That was when I overloaded a washer & it leaked all over the laundry room floor. My boss just laughed & said it happens to everyone sooner or later, then told me to just mop it up while maintenance fixed it

When I started, I was trained on the machines & housekeeping. My most stressful day was after training, when I had to run the machines by myself & decide what to wash & in what order

My boss calmly discussed it with me & the person who was angry. We came to a fair decision

I love my hours: 7-3:30 Thursday through Sunday. I love my job: Thursday is whatever my boss needs me to do. Friday is housekeeping on Clare unit(full cleans in resident rooms, offices, restroom, dining area, kitchenette, tub room, vacuum carpets). Saturday and Sunday is folding residents personals,( clothes & personal bedding & towels)
