MidMichigan Medical Center, Midland is a wonderful place to work. I loved the people I worked with and my manager was awesome. They have gone through some change and growth but are becoming even better because of it.

I've gone through 2 jobs that were both nightmares. I'm really starting to think there are no normal 8-4 - 9-5 jobs with no weekends. Not to mention, Certified Medical Assistants do the majority of the work for the least amount of pay. I'm so burnout on interviews leading to nowhere, 10 hour shifts, and no time for anything but sleep. I kind of feel betrayed by my school. Also, I get a lot of...." Thank you for inquiring about the position but we've decided to go with someone else who has a bit more experience. Good luck!!"

So I graduated with a CMA, but everyone wants a year of experience; besides my 10week internship, I only have abt 8 months of CNA; any suggestions?

I would recommend the company 100%. There are so many incentives, the pay was fair, and the benefits were great. We, as a group of MAs, were like a family with a little dysfunction as you would find in a by job, but when it came down to it, we were a close family indeed.
