It's a great place to work. They are very helpful to answer questions about timesheet problems or client related issues. But, overall a very great company to work for.

The Biggest Mistake I made as A CNA at Magnolia Manor was Trying to Make Friends. I have learned That you dont have Friends At work and its best to Just go in to work and do your job and Be serious and focus on Your job duties. And keeping to yourself will not hurt sometimes its best to just stay quiet and handle your buisness and remain confident in Your work ethics and ignore the Negative comments. Also being Respectful To Family members as well as Residents sometimes you have to walk away and Just breathe and Remember the reason why u wake up and come to work every day is because u love your job and have a passion for caring for others.

My Advice is to show compassion. Be Friendly and Nice to Residents as well as Family Members. I also would recommend to be A Team Player if you Know you can help your coworker lend a helping Hand.
