Comcast makes it so the technician has total responsibility for the job. From the day they finish the trouble call or install, they are responsible for anything that happens for the next 30 days. A branch could fall and take out services, the tech is at fault, customer decided to move modem to anoyher outlet that isnt active, again tech is at fault, customer decides they are putting in glIwers in the yard and cuts drop you guessed it, tech is at fault. All these at faults are not negotiable, doesnt matter to them. It can and does affect your annual raise which is usually 3%.

There was a positive, productive, teamwork effort atmosphere.
