I would not recommend Comcast in fort Collin Colorado the management team is discriminatory and has lack of experience to help out the employee and then they pull you into thier office to tell you people have been talking about being two faced worst place to work is Comcast Fort Collins Colorado management team needs a course on how to approach thier employees

The Millersville office is where I was dispatched out of. Horrible supervisory support. I received a ticket one day that a customer wanted to talk with a Supervisor about some damage to their home. I reached out to 4 different Supervisors and got nothing but excuses as to why no one could meet me there. I went by the customer's house and he refused to speak with anyone other than a Supervisor. I did everything I could and calmed the customer down. Word got back to my Manager which is my Supervisor's boss and I was scolded for going to the customer's house. I was accused of promising the customer things that I didn't. I knew then to that I wasn't going to be there much longer.

Well once again back to the drawing. Only this time more discouraged then the last. The final interview with Comcast went great or so I thought. I had a lot of knowledge and questions in the orientation and the interview went well. I asked 2 wonderfully amazing questions or so that's what he told me. In fact he went on for 5 min. answering the first question. When the interview was finished he walked me out and said we will be in touch by phone or possibly email. Of course it was by email. This is what it said....... Thank you for expressing an interest in the Payment Services Representative position. While this has not been an easy decision, we are sorry we can't bring you on board as our next team member for this particular position.A variety of new positions are posted every day, so keep Comcast in mind during your career search. Please revisit our website to explore additional career opportunities. Already applied? You can check the status of your application in the "Job Applications" section of your candidate profile. (really people you have no one because you are the worst in customer service in the world. Maybe the best in services but the worst in customer service.) So my 20+ years of Excellence in customer service must be to good for you then. Like I will EVER apply for you guys again. In fact I don't even want your services.)
Then my friend told me that the supervisor and a manager came down for something and acted like I was hired and she was getting the 1000 dollars for referral. And through conversations with my recruiter that I must say went out of her way for months to even get me to apply. Fabulous lady shity company in my opinion. I was convinced that I had the job. I made a promise to my recruiter not to take another job or fill out anymore applications so i didn't and I turned down 2 great offers because of my word, commitment and dedication to Comcast. I my opinion this is what I think and how I feel. Please let me know your thoughts everyone. I fell the only reason I could possibly have not gotten the job left because they judged me for what my husband did and how he left the company. Which isn't right, isn't fair especially since we are separated and he no longer even lives in the state. So needless to say I have a very disappointing and bad taste in my mouth for Comcast.
Any suggestions people?

I have been interseted in getting out of my feild of work and into a great company and have a lot of trouble doing so. I currently am self employed with Department of Defense as a freight broker and have vast knowledge in my job. With many years of working knowledge in this field and others. I currently am emrolled into school in the electrician field and will be attending classes in June for business as my major. I would love to hear how to get hired on into a company I can stick with for atleast the next 4 years while I finish school is there any way i can get help? or just a push in the right direction

I need to know if I work for this coming less then a year ago will I still be able to apply. I just thought I have to wait before I can reapply again but don't want to be in the call center customer loyalty. Please let me know

I used to work for Comcast and loved it,loved the experience, the challenge, and being able to fix a problem.I'm a stay at home mom now and was a business owner for three years unfortunately I'm currently closing down five of my vape stores due to regulations. I've been looking for a job online for so long and was hoping that I could find one working for Comcast.it would be ideal since I've worked there in the past I have plenty experience with computers and multitasking with different programs.if anyone has any information on how to go about that or even point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated!
