Don't get complacent . Worked there 8 years and was laid off in Sept 2017. Our jobs were shipped to Guatemala. Now that they realize that the new analyst can not uphold the service level , now they are looking for analyst.. The same position that was eliminated previously. In a nutshell No job security. They are on there way out.
