The owners, managers and co-workers are like an extended family
The best part was running the warehouse as the foreman and learning the ins and outs about deinstalled. The company did work for Verizon, AT@T and other companies. Equipment would be installed in bays at the site and sometimes they would take them out and have it shipped from where ever they were to the warehouse. Busy but learned so much.
Go apply, any and all experience is needed in the field these days. Be upfront about any criminal background and honest. Don’t lack on your work and be courageous at your job god will help you overcome the rest.
After being told it might be possible to get on full time. Even though they new it was about to go mail and didn’t tell me. Buying a brand new car so I wouldn’t have a problem doing the management job.

Worked there 5 years. Stayed there until they started shipping all papers by mail. Also was district manger part time . While someone was out sick. Loved my job.
when i was off and have gone out with my family, then was called to report immediately at the office to go and give support in other to restore the network .
My manager at that time created the platform for us to work in different unit within the Operation and maintenance Center its help us understand and learn a lot about Telecommunication which help me in-particular and gave me advantage over other candidate when i applied for Job at African Minerals Sierra Leone Limited
