Thinking that anyone would appreciate the level of detail and quality of work that I put in to each detail. They were quick to point out what you might have missed and never give praise of a good job done. Thinking I was bringing something good to the business in my standard of cleaning and detailing vehicles... When in fact, they don't appreciate it and never recognize your worth. So, my biggest mistake was thinking they had a high standard to their work and loyalty to their employees and customers. When in reality...it's only to the all mighty dollar.

Lookout for yourself. Don't assume anyone is looking out for your best interest. They will do whatever they can to line their own pockets. Profit sharing for managers tends to make them unsympathetic and uncaring about the employee or even the customer.
