What made me stay was the TCP’S Mission Statement , & what they stood for. I love helping people so be able to fulfill my passion and to work at the same time was a blessing for me. The pay was extremely good, & TCP allowed me to show my abilities in many areas. I was trusted to become a Lead Monitor, then eventually we became one big family. #hired
