Compass School Bus company has a great atmosphere to work for the owner Pinky truly answers the concerns of the drivers and cares about them unlike other school bus companies there's plenty of work during the summer because they have a lot of Jewish camps as it is Jewish I worked there for one school year and for a summer at two different times times respect for their employees is above normal

I felt important and needed for my position it wasn't easy but then again it was not hard

More money and weekends off

I learn a lot working with compass , I stared as dishwasher and then I learn to cook, almost 20 years working with them.

The company is wonderful, good benefits, good people's.

I was wrongfully dismiss, because I refuse to do my job and that of others, I had 16 years of experience in the kitchen and I was ok. With earning my pay, but when I was forced to do someone else work, not because of they couldn't do it, but because they played all the time, I spoke up and they fired me. I can prove they were wrong.

I would have loved to have a firm grasp on my own emotional intelligence. All the staff, including the boss, was supportive and intelligent and kind and the work was very rewarding. But I myself needed a lot of work before I could really offer myself as a valuable employee.

I enjoyed being a driver and moving clients from one destination to another. I enjoyed being a behavioral tech and the challenges. Mostly I enjoyed the relationships I developed with many of the clients. I felt the job rewarding. When I became a supervisor I enjoyed the added responsibilities that came with that position. Having a degree in psychology it allows me to use my training on many occasions.

I liked the hospital I worked at but at the time I was going through some very tough times and and it didn't work out for me there
