During the pandemic I learned that in order to thrive, you must flexible and be willing to take ownership and accountability of your own actions and how that impacts yourself, others and the world. The pandemic caused a major glitch and slowing down of Life as we were accustomed to living. There were lines, waiting times for services for weeks on end. We had to almost exist in isolation. No large gatherings for any reason. It became a time for Change in approach and thinking. It required me to go inside and deal with the many things I said I would work on but didn't have the time. Connect Express are inconsistent. I ask them to run me and they said we Will run you but the reality is your check will fluctuate because they pull you in every other week have you sit for 3 days therefore your paycheck is never consistent then lie and they steal when they don't get their way so if you leave them don't expect to get everything you are old because their money hungry
One thing I would have loved to have at #Connect Your Care was competent and caring management. A manager that knew how to do their job and actually cared about the employees as well as the customers and not just their paycheck.
This copany started off good but ended up being one of the worst companies i have worked for due to upper management changes.
