No. I have not been "EMPLOYED" since 1995. I do believe I could be considered "UNEMPLOYABLE." I do have specific skill sets, i.e., Marine Industries. If you've recently taken the time to revise your #resume and online Jobcase profile to have them looking spruced up and stunning - great work!
However, if you are finding that they don't portray you as a direct match for a particular role you are eyeing, don't be hesitant about modifying wording, swapping around keywords, and changing up your bullet points! Having multiple versions of your resume is a great thing to do.
Remember, it's not a tattoo - there is no such thing as a "permanent" resume or online profile. Think of them as living, breathing documents throughout the entirety of your job search and career life!

Keith What is s skilled based resume never heard of that. Seems like a lot of extra work and do the employers even look at a two page resume? You would be surprised how well networking really works when you are looking for a job. Sometimes it is not how much you know or how much experience you have it is someone you know that might put in a good word to the company on your behalf.
