It's a fast paced job..so be ready to hustle. It's a very laid back staff and we are all friendly. BUT it's also a business and we expect professional attitude and time sensitive service. We want ALL of our customers to feel special and appreciated. Which.. They are!! Our food is top notch and that's why they keep coming. Any qualified person would have a great time working at Connie's Cafe!!

Incorrectly cleaning the slucer which resulted in a large portion of my finger to be severed. 1st and last time for THAT!!

Occasionally during a rush..we will run short of product..which means jumping on the slicer...thawing fish.etc...and since we only have 2 very small fryers..they tend to get backed up.which throws of timing( which is crucial). Still we maintain fast efficiant service and a quality product! I'm very proud of the crew. Every one goes above and beyond.

Haven't had any such problem. We're kinda like family, and our customers rarely have a complaint!

The clientele are amazing. We have quite a few regulars and they make it fun. My boss and coworkers are ALL a great bunch of people. We have a very small staff so we work as a team..and efficiently I might add. I love to cook, and making delicious food that's also eye appealing is what I strive for. It's like a family and I couldn't ask for a better position.
