I will tell someone looking to work at Cooperative that it is a good choice he/she has made because there is an opportunity to learn, meet people, face challenges, correct mistakes, approach different people, enhance your knowledge and setup your own business.

The biggest mistake i made working at Cooperative Organization was approving a loan to a cooperator who was not qualified. But luckily for me a co-worker detected it and immediately brought it to my attention and the money was not been given to the client. I felt so bad, after then, i was being very careful in treating loans

The most stressful day at Cooperative Organization was like working under pressure, it is usually when new loan is been announced or working over time

I couldn't react, knowing about the consequence of fighting or exchanging words during working period. There is a penalty for quarreling in the office. I waited for a while, when the noise was dying down, i walked to my boss office to explain what has happened

I learnt from my manager at Cooperative Organization

  1. How to be polite to customers no matter what, because customers are always right
  2. How to be punctual, diligent and dedicated to duty
  3. How to achieve so many goals within a short period of time
  4. How to address customers, making them understand the rules, benefits and conditions to run loan(s)
  5. How to learn from mistakes, correct mistakes without affecting your work or jobs and learning from errors
