It's not the easiest place to work. There is good opportunity for training , advancement and lots of over time for all who work there.

I scrapped one of the lugs that I build . Then was written up for my mistake. No one's perfect.

Drilling parts when the coolent doesn't work because it's so cold it froze up in the machine.

That has never happened there to me.

People there are friendly. I'm left alone to do my work without a lot of pressure from my bosses. Also knowing there will be continuos work.
