It is a great business to work for just do what is asked of you and be great with customers.

If a co worker got angry at me we would talk about it and resolve it. I never let issues go without communcating about it. I would do everything in my power to help resolve the customers issue if I could not I would call my dm to help me.

I loved being the store manager because I kept my store clean and stocked at all times. I had great audits and my higher ups got along good with me.
