Well the biggest mistake working there was giving my manager a piece of my mind.....but he wasn't management material...he was weak and very judgemental.

I had a wonderful experience working at Cosi. I would love to work for them again

The last time any guest gets angry at me or anyone of my team members they walks away satisfied.
