I put in an application at Cracker Barrel for dishwasher had a interview, but I felt like they do not hire women for dishwasher. But, that's what I want for a second part time job. Hopefully something will come three soon.

The industry was pretty good and I miss the hell out of that place. However, they were always cutting my hours and didn't start giving me hours until I found a new job. I don't like bussing tables and not being tipped for it. The pay was crappy and it could of been better. I was mostly a dishwasher and alot of people hated me because I always did my job. I would like to work for the Cracker Barrel again but unfortunately I didn't inform a 2 weeks notice before I went to my new job. The way how they treated me didn't deserve a 2 weeks notice. Managers never really took care of the problems right and showed alot of favoritism with certain employees. People who work hard deserves hours and the people who screw around all the time don't get no hours. The more productive you are, the more hours you should get. They would always bend me over and do me in the butt and it hurts really bad. I was tired of that and just stop coming. We had a female server slap another employee in the face and she never got in trouble for it. 1of the managers would always throw bus tubs and other objects in the dish area. That is not professional at all and she was cursing out another manager. Managers don't behave in such manner and shouldn't be part of the management staff. I like the Cracker Barrel. They have great food and they are better than places such as TGI Fridays, Ihop, Olive Garden and Applebees. My quote is that if I got treated better, I would of still been there.
