The training when you first start could be more effective. It is a lot of things that are not practiced during training then when you go live. Its like all eyes are on you and you are judged by QA and they do not hold back on the scores. I never had a bad customer complaint but was let go because of my motoring scores. I reached out to my supervisor willing to come to Naperville to get training and it ended up blowing up in my face. I was let go at the drop of a dime. I liked my first supervisor Kerry Wagner she was actually trying to help me. I am just shocked that when someone is trying better themselves you let them go. I understand now what it means when the quote came out saying you are just a number to employers.

The interview process is very smooth. Friendly HR who is always smiling and has a big heart.
