Not much support from uppper level management...as an employee, you are pretty much a number in the equation when the proposal is presented to the federal client. I volunteerly resigned after years of this treatment. The company started off just fine, but after three consecutive acquisitions, the company became the fatted turkey. Too bad. A lot of talented people left the company.

If you like working for a Company that doesn't give its SCA (Service Contract Aggreement) employees a cost of living increase, a raise or a chance for upward mobility after 10 plus years of service then it's great.
