The biggest mistake would be not being sensitive or aware of someone's feelings.

Pay is too low. Have not gotten a raise in 9 years. But the Nurses seem to, every year. Without us you couldnt do your job.

I walked away. I had so much going on outside of work. My bosses knew what was going on outside of work. My biggest mistake is walking away from CST the way I did.

What makes a stressful day at CST was the customers. Being a telemarketner alot of times people would hang up on you. Of course that really didn't bother me. It's when those people would call you names make threats. Rude people and not being able to sell anything.
