Absolutely not. CSU takes advantage of people by placing them in temporary positions with no benefits whatsoever and no path to a permanent position. My direct supervisor was the son of an illegal immigrant and he has a chip on his shoulder from high school which negatively influenced his judgement. He uses the term “Mexican” in exactly the same way blacks use the “n-word”. His attitude was that he’s been at the University long enough that he didn’t have to work any more
