At the time I didn't wish for anything extra. They were a good company that provided you with the tools, and training to be successful in your job.

Never. The entire time I worked there I suffered from depression and anxiety. Now that I am out of there my depression and anxiety levels are almost gone. I recommend working there if you like being yelled at all of the time, treated like garbage, and like being judged by the color of your skin.

Equality. I worked my butt off in that place for 5 years. I came in early, stayed late, and volunteered for weekends. In the end none of it mattered because the minorities hated me and went to HR and lied about me and because Cummins loves its Minorities and lets them do anything they want to, I was fired over a lie after being suspended for 5 MONTHS!!!!!!!

I enjoyed the work. I was a picker. Loved the people.

Tell them that when I worked there I enjoy my job. I retired because of my husband's illness. I made friends there and most of stay in touch and get together sometimes. My husband passed in October 2011.

Staying in the Warranty Dept. to long. I worked the department from 1977 until 2004 when I retired.

When angry customers called swearing at me when I am trying to calm them down in order to get help for them.

We got together and discussed the problem. There very few discussions needed. We worked as a team.

The favorite part about working with Cummins up north was it felt like family they treated you great any help you needed was given but when I was transferred to the south region it all changed. It was all about the numbers the customer service seemed to be put second. And the management was way different from up north as well. You asked for help and it was not received.
